How long does shipping take for my balloon order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the USA. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your supplies for a last-minute event.
Do the balloons arrive inflated or deflated?
To ensure they arrive in perfect condition and to keep shipping costs low, all balloons are shipped flat and deflated. You can have them filled with helium or air at your local party store or using a home tank.
What is your return policy for party supplies?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on balloons that have been inflated.
Are your latex balloons biodegradable?
Yes, we prioritize eco-friendly options. Our latex balloons are made from 100% natural rubber latex and are biodegradable, breaking down at roughly the same rate as an oak leaf.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Because we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes within 1 hour of placement. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to update your shipping address or items.
Do you offer bulk discounts for event planners?
