At Bargain Balloons USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your party supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
